1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 9phl ("9phl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://9phl.cam ("the Platform"). 2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, 9phl may request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") documentation at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include any valid, government-issued Philippine ID such as a Philippine Passport, SSS Card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9phl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 9phl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 9phl support immediately.

3.2 Account Inactivity

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 9phl will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number before applying any inactivity fee. Any applicable inactivity fees will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis thereafter, in accordance with the schedule published in the Platform's Help Center. The account balance will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 9phl account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering obligations or ongoing investigations may not be eligible for immediate closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one (1) banking day of approval; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
• 9phl reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, including requests for supporting documentation where transaction amounts exceed standard thresholds.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PHP 200.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is displayed at the point of opt-in. 9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 9phl Platform without prior written consent from 9phl. Unauthorized use of 9phl's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9phl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 9phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9phl is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunities arising from Platform downtime or technical issues beyond 9phl's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 9phl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Suspension & Termination

9phl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority;
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification.

Upon termination for cause, 9phl may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of any required investigation process.

12 Amendments to These Terms

9phl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to utilize 9phl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. Where a dispute falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction as the licensing authority, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review.
